I don’t follow this industry closely but I think if someone comes out with a free version(for more than2gb), that works, and monetises it a different way…then dropbox is going to have some serious pricing issues. At the very least they will have to compete on price. The switching costs are so low that I don’t think they will be able to just charge more for the service because they are called drbu&oxb#8230;opt who knows.For instance, why not serve up relevant ads when you search for your documents on dropbox?
